- Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the ConnectMIT mobile application (the “App”) and the website www.connectmit.fr (collectively, the “Platform”), owned and operated by ConnectMIT Technologies LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in England and Wales.
By using the Platform, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.
- Eligibility
The Platform is intended for users aged 18 years and older. ConnectMIT may restrict access to users who do not meet eligibility criteria or violate applicable laws.
- Account Registration and Security
To access certain features, you may be required to create a user account. You agree to:
• Provide accurate, complete, and current information;
• Keep login credentials secure;
• Not share your account with others;
• Immediately report unauthorized access or misuse.
ConnectMIT reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that breaches these Terms.
- Acceptable Use Policy
Users must not:
• Post or transmit unlawful, defamatory, or misleading content;
• Engage in harassment, hate speech, or abusive behavior;
• Infringe any third-party intellectual property or privacy rights;
• Attempt to disrupt or interfere with the Platform’s operation;
• Use the Platform for advertising or commercial purposes without authorization.
Any violation may lead to account suspension, content removal, or legal action.
- Child Safety and Protection
ConnectMIT maintains a strict commitment to child safety:
• Content that exploits or endangers minors is strictly prohibited.
• ConnectMIT cooperates with law enforcement and reports suspected child exploitation, grooming, or abuse.
- Reporting Inappropriate Content
Users may report harmful or inappropriate content by using the Platform’s reporting tools, or by emailing ai@connectmit.tech with the subject “Content Report.” ConnectMIT will investigate and take appropriate measures, which may include content removal, account restriction, or notification to authorities.
- Intellectual Property Rights
All trademarks, content, software, and design elements within the Platform are owned by or licensed to ConnectMIT Technologies LLP.
Users are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Any reproduction, modification, or redistribution without prior written consent is prohibited.
- Third-Party Links and Integrations
The Platform may contain links or integrations with third-party services. ConnectMIT is not responsible for third-party content, privacy policies, or terms. Users access such links at their own risk.
- Updates and Availability
ConnectMIT may periodically update or modify the Platform to improve functionality and security. Access may be temporarily suspended for maintenance or upgrades.
- Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ConnectMIT Technologies LLP shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use the Platform.
The Platform is provided “as is,” without any express or implied warranties.
- Termination
ConnectMIT may suspend or terminate access to the Platform at any time for breach of these Terms or other legitimate reasons. Upon termination, all rights granted to you shall immediately cease.
- Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London, United Kingdom.
